Lindsey + Andy's Steamboat Springs Wedding at the Perry-Mansfield Arts Camp
We LOVE fall weddings. Especially in Colorado. Lindsey + Andy’s wedding this past September at Perry Mansfield Performing Arts camp was an autumnal, horse-lover’s dream. Nestled in the mountains of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, this setting had acres and acres of rolling hills dotted with horses and yellowing aspens.
A Gorgeous Day for a Wedding
The bride and groom, Lindsey and Andy, met working on ranches in Steamboat Springs, so it was perfectly fitting that this is where they would tie the knot. They let us choose a first look location, and we had them meet in a private aspen grove behind the cabins where they got ready. During their first look, they were literally beaming with excitement! When Andy turned to see Lindsey, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house (including ours).
Their wedding day was phenomenal and the weather couldn’t have been more better. The sun glowed through the aspens as Lindsey walked down a grassy aisle toward her groom. During their ceremony reading, a doe tiptoed through the grove directly behind the wedding party! If that isn’t a good omen, I don’t know what is. :)
The reception hall was decorated beautifully with sweet treats, twinkling lights, and perfectly simple greenery and florals. The blue grass band was outstanding and had everyone on their feet dancing by the end of the night. It was picture perfect, and we were so honored to have been a part of it.
